Blacklist dvb_usb_rtl28xxu
Applications like gqrx cannot make a connection to the RTL SDR hardware when the kernel module, dvb_usb_rtl28xxu, is loaded. Add the following line to /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf:
blacklist dvb_usb_rtl28xxu
