Frequency of Musical Notes

This gives the frequency of notes used in music tuned to A4=440 Hz. This also gives the length of a vibrating tube that chimes at the given frequnecy. Nodal points are N1=0.224L and N2=0.776L (22.4% from the ends) where L is the length of the tube.

Each semitone differs from the adjacent notes by a factor of 2^(1÷12)~=1.0594630943593.
