Irish Cream

I made some modifications and adjustments to make the recipe simpler. You can add some spice to the recipe if you want it more "noggy". Mix the eggs and whiskey together first to sterilize it. Let it sit while you mix the rest of the recipe. I don't know if this makes a difference or not, but if any of your guests ask about the raw eggs then you can tell them this to make them feel better. Blend everything with an electric mixer. I strain mine through a tea towel to make it extra smooth. This gets rid of any clotted egg yolk and spice grains.

Irish Cream Recipe

 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz, ~400 mL)
 1 pint heavy cream (~500 mL)
 1 bottle whiskey (375 mL, Seagram's 7)
 2 tbsp. chocolate syrup (two large squirts of Hershey's)
 3 eggs
 Optional: cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper.

Mix eggs and whiskey together first, then blend all ingredients. Strain through a mesh or towel.
